secondary air system and intake hose
 

From what I understand the intake hose for the pump just hangs open under the pump. Is this correct? if so, will a frozen open check valve cause an exhaust leak?:icon_verzsilly:

I put an extra check valve on the inlet hose until I have time to fix it right, no more exhaust leak.:icon_banana:

The intake hose is supposed to run up along the passenger side tank of the radiator. It is not supposed to hang down below the pump.

I put it in a better location when I "fixed"it. when I do the proper repairs I'll get the replacement hose outlined in the tsb, that was designed to prevent water damage to the pump and put it in that location.
