Spark Advance Variation at Idle

Spark Advance Variation at Idle
I am surprised at the amount of spark advance variation I see at Idle on two blazers I am working on. One is a 96 and the other is a 98. The two attached graphs are from the 96. Same range on the 98.
Does anyone have an opinion on what is normal spark timing variation?
