Default 92 Chevy Blazer Full Size - high idle while running, please help!

I have a Full Size 1992 Chevy Blazer that is my baby and am having some idle problems with. It has a Manual Transmission and whenever running she either idles too high, where I have to pull the gas petal back with my toe, or too low, where it sometimes dies if I don't keep on it. I recently gave it an in home tune up (router, distributor cap, plugs, wires, fuel filter) that I am hoping didn't mess anything up. Any suggestions?

clean your idle air control on the throttle body. Check for bind up on the throttle linkage since you said you have to pull the pedal up. You might need a new throttle body.

It has been known for the cruise control throttle to cause such a problem & or bind and keep you from having a full throttle, my 92 S-10 had such a problem. I unhooked cruise control & all was well.
