Tranny Help...

Hey guys, i'd like to start off by saying that im new on here, and decided to join based on the fact that im gonna need help with the gf's blazer alot, and i know these forums carry alot of knowledge. Ok, heres my problem, her tranny went out and im in the process of trying to drop the tranny out of her 95 Blazer, however i can barely see the top two bellhousing bolts let alone take them out? and handy tips or tricks for that?

I haven't taken a tranny out of a blazer, but on a fullsize chevy of the same vintage there is just enough room to get a long extension with a universal joint on the end and undo those two bolts from under the truck. Just reach the long extension on top of the tranny . Sorry this sounds confusing But it should make sense when you are under there. There might be enough room to reach down at the firewall with a flex head ratchet wrench and undo those two bolts that way. Hope that helps.

i figured i'd have to get a mess of extensions and joints, from ontop of the engine there is no way down to them, and from below them its the same situation, from what i see i'll have to come from the back end of the tranny, i just hope there's enough clearance, as the other bolts barely had enough...
