Tranny issue?
 

Pretty sure I have a transmission issue but not positive. Here's the story: I was driving home tonight(it was in 20s), and the car felt good. Once I got up to 50-60MPH I would feel a jolt. Kind of felt like when you turn on the 4WD and you get that initial pump. I would say 2 were moderately rough, and 3 were little, but still you could feel it. I'm still able to accelerate, can reverse etc. Don't believe it's going in 'limp mode'. I have close to 83K miles on it '03 blazer. Anything under that it would drive fine, shifted normal no issues. (Sorry for any errors wrote this at 4AM on a phone)
