tranny problems help !
 

my tranny shifts hard into second and slips out of gear every now and then. what is that. also latley when ill start it and dont give it time to warm up it will sputter when i drive it and then after a bit it with get full power and be fine . please help thank you

Now that you have provided that MUCH needed bit of info, how about you go further to list what gear you think it is slipping in, the conditions (throttle position, engine speed, vehicle speed, etc) under which it is slipping, and any other pertinent details concerning the issue(s) you are requesting help with.

No one here can read your mind!
