Ok...got at the reluctor ring. Both had some chunks of scale in them. Tried to spin the wheel by hand to get a reading but it's kinda hard to do, especially when the number fluctuates with how fast you turn the wheel. How the heck do you get at that, and remove the wheel sensor? Do I have to remove that backing plate and hub assembly? I see there is a metal clip on top of the sensorthat seems to hook and snap some how. Thanks.

I don't think you are able to file down anything on this ABS design. Everthing looks fixed. (SENSOR)

Interesting. Looks like there was a 1st design and a 2nd design. The 2nd design is what the TSB applies to.

So I take it I have the first design? And there is nokind of adjustment with the sensor?

I have a 92 k5 it has no reverse,1st or o.d. Ive been told that this trucks are known for the sun shell breaking.
