Anything 4L60E, it's the most common Chevrolet transmission just be sure to check bolt patterns on the bell housing to make sure it will fit your motor and gear ratio, I have a 2000 4x4 ale blazer with 188,000 miles and my transmission gets hot and looses all hydraulic pressure very seldomly. ( it has happened twice in 2 months of daily driving) and I have been exploring all types of s-10/bravado/1500/z71/and even astro van transmissions with transfer case setups to find the cheapest deal but in all means a 4L60E will do the trick if it will bolt up.

Any 4X4 Blazer, Jimmy, Bravada, S10 pickup, full size pickup, Astro, or Safari with a 4L60E transmission will fit. If your existing bell housing and transfer case adapters are still good, transfer them to the new transmission if/as necessary, they just bolt on. Just need to make sure the new transmission is a 4X4. That's the beauty of the 4L60E ;)
