transmission only has 3rd when the fuse is pulled
 

I just read something about a key won’t come out of the ignition switch and he had no forward gears, I have the same problem my key is stuck and I have no forward gears, I only have 3 if I pull the tranny fuse, could it just be the ignition switch??? Thank you
