Look for threads regarding the vacuum reservoir. For the 2nd gen Blazers, this reservoir is located inside the fender and the hose to it will come off with no apparent place to connect because it is near impossible to see the reservoir connection nipple without a mirror.

With all Blazers getting old, these vacuum hoses can begin to dry-rot and lose their elasticity creating vacuum leaks. This system, depending on year, is integral to the operation of the HVAC and 4WD systems so it is worthwhile to check out all the lines.

You might even find the thread I started in which I describe the lengths and sizes of the vacuum hoses for my 1999 Blazer.

I would say it's connected somewhere in the front driver side fender but where would the other end connect to.
