Unsolvable P1133

So, I've been working on figuring out this code for the past week or so...

Bank 1 Sensor 1 not switching.

What I've done so far:
Replaced every vacuum line.
Bought 2 (AcDelco) sensors.
Cleaned MAF sensor.

Connections all look fine, however I don't have the tools to test them.

Background: I just had my transmission rebuilt 3 times by a very non reputable shop. Obviously, I didn't know when I first dropped it off...As soon as I got it back from them the second time, I got the code. I replaced the sensor and all was well. 3 months and 4 days later, I had to drop it off again and again was greeted by the code when I picked it up. Pulled the sensor, replaced it even though it had no deposits on it and looked damn near brand new. Ended up just replacing bank 2 sensor 1 with it... Code went away for 5 miles and has been there ever since.

I'm thinking my next step would be to check for an exhaust leak, maybe they left out a seal when they dropped it to take out the trans? Basically at this point just looking for what they broke. :icon_rolleyes:

Any help and opinions would be really appreciated.

Honestly, I couldn't find it again. I wont know about the HVAC until it gets below freezing again. It's been 40+ here for the past 2 weeks.

I did check out the link, but I'm trying to figure out the most probable solutions...Idk.. I talked to a tech at a party the other night and he said it could be anything from the fuel pressure regulator to a leak in the upper plenum to a dirty MAF sensor. It seems like like I need a scanner to really pin-point the problem.
