what is going on here
 

I just picked up my 1995 Blazer. I have not had time to really go through it and look at it deeply, i dont have a garage and its been snowing here. however, the 4hi light will go on and off while im in 2hi, but the 2 hi light does not come on... any suggestions as where to start?
