Whats going on?

Ok so about a week ago my parents bought me a 99 Blazer ZR2. I was driving today and noticed the DRL werent on and only came on when I turned the knob. Then I kept driving and the speedometer stopped working and just died. Then all of a sudden it was hardly moving. I noticed I was low on gas so I filled up and the problem persisted. It shifts barely, makes bad noises, speedometer doesnt work, and it just is sucking. Any idea what it could be?
