Lightbulb Whining (emergancy)

Ok, so I have a 1994 V6 Blazer S10 Tahoe. Just replaced the intake manifold gasket. She has been running great! 150 miles into a 200 mile trip into the mountains the oil pressure drops and the temp gauge rises, then she starts to whine. Turned her off, checked and filled radiator, but can't find any leaks. Oil level is fine. When I went to restart she is still whining. I don't want to do any damage so now I am looking for answers. Could it be a possible oil pump or maybe the Front pump? How can I diagnose this? Trying to get this pinned down without having to take it to the shop. Please Help, Thanks.
