Default Let me see if Understand what your saying

You cant get you trans to shift into gear. You even slam the brake pedel to the floor and try shifting and that doesnt work am I correct?I would say your problems lies within your shifter cable.Either is in a bind or broke.

Default Well slamming your brake peddle isnt a good thing.

I would say the shifter cable is messed up and possible problem in the stearing colum.Thats about all I know to check.

Do your brakes light up when you push the peddle?
