brake booster help

hi everyone.i removed my master cylinder to replace the brake lines.when the master cylinder was off i didnt mean to push the brake pedal.now that i put it all back together the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor,they wont bleed.and my brake light on the dash is on

I droped an aluminum nut well one of the 2 nuts that hol the fuel line on the spider injector i droped it in the lifter valley where the cam shaft is it entered trought one of the 3 holes there is it gona drop in the pan or ...

so this pass winter i put it in no.1 to go up a steep drive way,and just did it now to climb up on my ramps...but it doesnt really go (maybe it would if you really rev it up}...so i just put it in drive and no problem....so does this seem normal?...i dont plan on doing anything,because it runs and drives fine...just curious...thanks
