So I'm posting this for my boyfriend as he is internet illiterate. He has an 87 K5 blazer throttle body injected 350. We recently drove it from North Carolina to Oregon and he spun a bearing? So we had a brand new engine put in and he had all new exhaust work done. However, we just got it back yesterday and it will not stay on. If he comes to a stop sign or just to a stop it will cut off. And today he drove it to the store and it just keeps cutting off even while revving the engine. It eventually killed the battery, and he recharged the battery, but it still keeps cutting off. Any suggestions?! Please

 

a little more info may help. it dies but will start again? is it a charging issue or a engine issue, could be about 20 different things

 

check the vaper hoses if any are bad that can cause it to stall.mine did it for a while when i would go in to a gear or park .
