92 fullsize blazer wont crank
i started a few days ago battery is good in it when i turn i try to turn it over it does nothing all accessory power works with wiggling the wheel and shifter it would start but today was the end of that i havent had the truck long so i dont know the whole back story on it it has a aftermarket remote start i didnt get the fob with it so i dont know if it works but i have a hunch that it might be the cause of this or the neutral saftey switch but its just odd that wiggling wheel worked a few times the column isnt that loose like most of them are just looking for a little more advice before i get in to it thanks
You have a lose wire somewhere would be my bet.Trace your ground wire down and make sure its tight.Check the wires going to the starter also.Your ignition switch could be going bad also.

my old z71 did that to me twice first time i had to pull the column apart and replace the switch . two months later it did the same thing it end up being a cracked starter solenoid. when i got in the truck and move around a bit or moved the wheel a bit the solenoid would arc and it would start .
Get someone, a professional, to get all that remote start crap outta there. Hopefully it wasnt some hackjob installation and there wont be any damage. Tear the column down, trace wires, replace anything damaged or broken. Do it right b/c its not fun in the column
im having this exact same problem, in my 92 blazer I drove her home just fine then the next day I get up for work no crank no start so I got her towed to my mechanic and they found a way to get it started by jumping it from my starter wire. but this is when more problem starts to occur a few days goes by and it begins to back fire and lose power while driving. I just replace the starter twice, replace the battery, and put in an new alternator also the engine does moves freely when testing to see if its a bad motor.lastly the car does have an older aftermarket alarm system on there but I also purchased the truck without it due to last owner losing
