Brake lines. What was changed in 88?

I am looking for stainless brake lines for my 90 diesel blazer. LMC has them for models 81-87, but not for the newer models. Besides the coiled lines being shorter to account for the brake proportioning block, what else was changed? Would it be possible to easily modify the earlier set for my application?

If you are talking about front lines if worst comes to worst just figure out how long you need them to be buy a hand bender, figure out the size of your fittings and get something like these http://www.jegs.com/p/JEGS/JEGS-Stai...58028/10002/-1 thats what i did. They come up to 6 feet long and you just bend em where you need em :P

i dont know if it matters but around that time they put that stupid rear abs module under the hood between the proportioning valve and the rear brake lines. maybe thats the only reason why. my 90 pick up has that thing but not really sure about the k5 blazers
