Spins over but will not crank
 

I'm working on my sons '90 full size /with TBI 350. It stalled at a red light and now will not crank now. I've checked timing, fuel pressure, and I have a spark at the plugs. But it just spins over. You can see the fuel coming from the injectors. I changed the coil and ignition module. Any ideas on where to go from here is appreciated. If there is fuel and spark what would keep it from running.

Doe it spit gas out the throttle body or anything like that ? or sound like it wants to start but just cant quite do it ?.

It makes no attempt to run. no backfire through throttle body. I've poured extra gas in to make sure it wasn't low fuel.
