ticking when I stop hard

So I replaced a rear wheel cylinder today, took it for a test drive. Stopped great but when I really got down hard on the brakes you can hear this awful ticking sound like a ratchet. Brass and linkage loos fine any suggestions?

I replaced a rear wheel cylinder and now when I stop hard it makes a awful ticking sound like a ratchet. All the brakes and hardware looked fine.Any suggestions
