What is this switch for?

This is the view of my k10 blazer,

The left one with a red arrow to it currently does nothing today, and the right one cuts all power to everything but the starter...

What was the purpose of the left switch? and ive seen some pictures with and a plate with writing on it ut not close enough to read it....

The one on the left may be the black-out switch (cuts all lights)?

No thats the right one...

edit: migt be that you are right in some way swarlkk :)

Lights/Blackout Lights
· The right toggle switch moves power to the service lights, horn, dash, etc. or to the blackout lights. Pull it out and flip it up or down.
· The left switch turns on the blackout drive light. Flip it up or down; it will return to center position.

That picture looks to be showing a solar power cell.

Looks like that truck may have had a light bar on it at one time. Maybe a Game Warden or Border Patrol.

they are great locations if you ever need a location to put toggle switches. just take one of those out or use it if it still works.
