Who run's th350-205 without t.c brace?
 
I swapped over to automatic and have heard horror stories of cracked bellhousings and transfer case adapters .I picked up advance adapter but still worried so would like to know if you guys have had any trouble or any tips..my rig
1980 k5 with 2000 s10 body
383 stroker
th350

The NP205 is very heavy and unforgiving, you need a t-case to trans torque rod. GM used them for a reason. I have used them on all my GM driveline combo's and have not had a single tcase/trans housing or adapter failure.

I would just make something similar to a rear Atlas support. If you can't do that then make something off the side and go to the frame.

Thank,s for the offer BB BLAZER . The pic that mighty mouse put up, i can fab one up myself just wanted to know what bellhousing bolt to use.I am located in florida anyway..
