Default 1988 K5, Power Windows Sticking

I am the proud new owner of a 1988 K5 blazer with 135,000 miles. It's apple red, with grey bottom. It has a lift kit and oversized tires. And I'm rambling on. Anyways, during my test drive, I tested all the power windows and they all worked. After driving the truck for a few days, it seems like windows are now starting to catch a bit. They will go up a little bit and stop, then I have to wait a few seconds and press the window button again. They will go up a little more. Then wait, and repeat this process to get them all the way up. I am surprised it started to happen on both windows. Is this a sign that my window motors are going bad? They seem to have plenty of power when they are moving.

Thanks,

PIA
