88' K5 cuts out

I have an 88' 5.7 TBI that cuts out pretty much under any condition. It typically takes between 5-15 minutes when idling, but when driving after first 5 minutes starts dying more frequently. It also periodically bogs down a bit every 2-3 minutes when driving, I think this eventually develops into the stall.

Recent Parts replaced/repaired:
Distributor, TBI rebuild, spark plugs, ignition wires, fuel filter, fuel pump, ecm, egr, and O2 sensor.

Any thoughts on where to start troubleshooting?

check for a partially plugged cat

No Cat.

Update: Checked TPS, MAP, Ignition coils, and vaccuum.

Vacuum:
holds steady 20 mmHg drops to 15mmHg when rev'd a bit, rebounds pretty fast.

TPS
Full range - 0.5V - 4.7V

For checking coils, resistance check primary and secondary work most the time?

Coils:
Primary - 0.7 Ohms
Secondary - 9.88k Ohms

MAP:
0 mmHg - 4.3V
10 mmHg- 2.3V
15 mmHg -1.6V
20 mmHg-0.7V

Also, noticed today when it died there is a decent cloud of gas that shoots out the top TBI unit when it dies... Not sure if that is indicative of anything specific, but explains the gas soaked air filter and charred wiring harness I had to replace for injectors.
