alright so for certain reasons the igniton no longer works in my k5. it has 2 toggles for the start, 1 to power the ignition coil and 1 to engage the starter. leave the 1 with the starter on and it burns the starter up, so im wanting to do one with a toggle to power the ignition coil then a spring loaded push button, i want it to look a little sporty too. i found this one but its from japan and i'd like to find something made in the north american continent to support our makers
thanks for all the recommendations

heres the one i found http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...84330969552088

You can always use a self returning toggle switch. My truck had one of those cheep flat ones like at autozone for the starter. Never burned it up

my 79 has a self returning toggle. i still have to use the key to turn on the fuel pump, but it only starts with the toggle. works pretty well, keeps someone from stealing the rig as easy
