Might be buying a 93 K1500 tomorrow
Hey all, OSS here;. Sold my jacked up S10 Blazer, and now I want a big boy blazer Found a '93 K1500 Blazer Sport. Brownish w/grey trim. Interior is mint, no rips or holes. Body is surprisingly decent. Couple of rust spots and maybe a palm sized rust spot on the rear wheel well. 265,000KM's on this bitch though. Apparently all highway though. Current owner has had it for 7yrs and has receits for everything from undercoating to the new parts over the years. Aluminum rad, waterpump, starter, fuel tank, sending unit, fuel pump, wiper motor, newer tires, yoke seal and a few other things have been replaced. Has a remote start, AAL and a hitch package with electronic trailer brake controller. Doors dont sag, no rust or anything under teh doors or in the wheel wells even. Just not sure about the milage...Price is 1600cnd OBO. Was thinking of giving 1000

I have a 94 and have 220,000mi's on it, runs like a top! Dunno how many klik's that'd be but I'm sure it's alot. 350's are a good engine. Found electric fans for it too, makes a difference. FFDynamics if you're interested....found em on Ebay.

220,000 Miles = 350,000 KM
For $1,600CAD -OBO that doesn't seem bad. I've never seen your build but from the picture looks like you can turn a wrench. As long as the big parts like body, frame and interior are all to your liking what's the worst that could happen?
You can see the current owner has been replacing parts, that would most likely mean that you'll be replacing stuff too, for sure some small things like brakes and shocks but potentially bigger items like engines and transmissions. As long as your budget and rainy day funds have a few thousand to drop a new motor in it just in case I wouldn't hesitate jumping on the that! Worst case you could part it out for the thousand you're thinking of offering.
