Default Missing parking brake cable/longer cable

Hey yall....I bought an 86 K5 blazer from an individual. My dumb *** never checked the parking brake while doing the walk around. Needless to say, I go to get it inspected and whoops..theres no parking brake cable. Its missing from where they attach to each wheel on up. Anyone know who or where sells replacement cables that are longer for lifted vehicles? It has an 8in lift, and like I said I need the entire set up.
Thanks!!

Carlson and Wagner brake both sold universal cable kits but I think it was to replace the cable that tied the left, right and forward cable all togather

If you deal with a place like Napa or Carquest they maybe able to spec the original cable that you need longer then find another cable longer with matching ends and conduit
This is time consuming

does the front connect to the rears with a threaded rod (adjuster)
If it does you might be able to get away with extending the rod with a piece of redi-rod and a coupling nut
Make sure to lock the coupling nut with jam nuts if you go this route

I would have to do that once I get the cables for the rear. Those are what im needing to find in a longer length.

do you know if the stock length will work with an 8in lift by re-routiing stuff/moving brackets?

Not really sure, you could see what the length is for the suburban, LMC sells stuff for chevy suburban as well and I would think the cable would have to be longer.

I got a set from a 90s model gmc long bed pick up...they are plenty long...almost too long ha! Im trying to locate some mounting brackets since the p/o has cut them off the frame.

That was good thinking, I was working on my blazer yesterday and looking at the cable, theres not much play so I think you have to go with the longer cable.
