Default Rebuild or Create Engine?

What ya guys think? Im thinking crate but in Alaska shipping sucks. But it would have a warranty

It really comes down to your skill level, and the condition of the engine you now have.
If your engine has good compression and not making noise I would say a valve job. You could do this yourself with rented tools(albeit machining the heads). At 150k that motors just broke in in my view. I had a '74 with 318k and didn't burn 1 drop of oil (Leaked about 1 qt a month--rear seal) and had no internal noises.
