I had the same idea, it came up on my mind after I saw my friends '05 Astro van with the 6 lugs on it, I came to find out that '03 or '04 and up Astro vans came with 6 lugs, I know the frames are similar as does the drivetrain from the Blazer, I'm trying to find out if the rear and wheel hubs from the Astro can be swapped into the blazer and make it a 6 lugs set up, and I'm refering to the AWD Astro, the only thing I have found out is that the Astro rear end is wider(I believe 5 to 6 inches) but that not might be a bad thing if you want to lift it a bit and put bigger tires like I would like to do, maybe you have more luck than me finding out if this parts can be swapped into our Blazers.
