P0605 is an internal VCM problem. First I would check the power fuses for the computer:
  1. ENG1
  2. ECM1
  3. ECMB
After that, look at the ECM and its connectors to see if the thing got wet amd make sure that everything is clean, dry and tight. After that you can either open the ECM to look for solder joints that need to be reflowed or consider a new ECM (I don't say that very often).

Another possibility is that the class 2 data bus got corrupted but you will need a scope to look at that. I am not sure if that can cause a P0605 code or not.

The question is that if a water hose to the windshield did in fact kill your ECM, that needs to get figured out before spending engine computer money.

It would also need to have the same relevant configurations and options. Engine and transmission for sure and possibly 2/4wd and other features such as ABS, etc.
