Any significance?

Hi all, i recently purchased a 1994 S10 Blazer 4WD With the Tahoe Package from my uncle, and i am curious about something. My friend pointed out that on each side, i have the "Heartbeat USA" Logo, and tried telling me that there was some significance to this, but he could not remember what. Is there actually any importance to this?

None that I am aware of. I believe it was just a dealer installed decal option back when Chevy used the 'Heartbeat of America' slogan.
