Blazer, Jimmy and Bravada

Sorry if this offends anyone but I feel the need to speak my mind. I'm tired of people not knowing that Bravadas are the same thing as a Blazer or Jimmy. There are a lot of post on here with people asking if parts are the same or are compatible DO SOME RESEARCH IF YOU DON'T KNOW. Bravadas are the same thing as a four door blazer or jimmy just with different body styling and an auto transfercase. And for those of you who think bravadas are "whimpy" or "girly" or say they are "street queens" I would love to see you go head to head with my Bravada.

Get a grip! I dont want my Bravada to be exactly like a Blazer or Jimmy. Do some research and look at the market demographics for those models.
Mid-lifers and geezers bought Brava's. And that's why I bought ours. If there was no Bravada, or it WASN'T a 'street queen', we'd be driving a loaded Mountaineer XLT

I dont care what you do to your Bravada but it did not come from the factory with a solid front axle or even low range. That you can pretty easily install that is a good thing; so you can take the pseudo Escalade and make it go off road

All well and good but dont act as if you have to make excuses or defend that.. just do it and smile

Oldsmobile wasn't exactly marketed as a "20-something" brand. Just like Buicks were popular for the longest time with old people. But who cares? If you like the vehicle, buy it!

Isn't the reason for this forum for people looking to connect over a mutual love for these trucks AND information on how things run? Just enjoy what you love about your Bravada and share your experience. Leave the redundant questions to the moderators.

Happy driving!
