Assuming the battery is charged and the starter is turning fast enough, as complicated as the thing may look there's really just three things the engine - any engine, in any vehicle - needs to start and run: fuel, compression, and spark.

Can you narrow the problem down to one of these and we might be able to help from there?

As a word of caution, don't assume that because you recently changed the fuel components that the engine must be getting fuel - check and make sure.

Pull the coil wire from the dist cap, put an old plug in it, lay plug against engine metal, crank with charged battery. Should be hot blue spark, three per revolution.

Key on - hear fuel pump run 2 seconds
Fuel Pressure Gauge - there is no alternative - 60 - 65 lbs at key on. hold at over 50 for ten minutes.

When starting vehicle that's been stored over a year without fuel stabilizer, first remove filter - pump out a couple gallons or preferably half the gas in the tank, then add several gallons of fresh 87 octane.
