Those backets will but up against the bottom 'tabs' and should bolt on...or that might be what the longest bracket piece is for?
The 2 longer brackets should mount up from the top of the frame rails where your bumper is bolted in. They connect to the next set of tabs up, just under the horizontal metal bar.
The tabs on the metal bar are for aftermarket lights.

If possible, get a buddy or two to hold it, and line it up to get a good gander at it. Then you can move brackets around, see what works where the best.

Once you start putting it on, don't crank everything down until you've got it lined up. This will make it easier to move around.

I used Grade 8 bolts, washers, and lock nuts on mine.
Hopefully this helps. Very nice looking brush guard. I wish my Aries headlight guard pieces came off like that!

Brushguard helpIi

OK just read your response the big flat 99 Deg brackets only one hole will line up to the tow hook holes not both and if I attach either one of the brackets to it. It won't match up to the bracket on the brushguard towards the bottom. It would have to be totally reshaped the other bracket won't fit either comes out to short and too far down. So for the upper bracket I thought it would mount from the bumper area but won't align up needs to be shaped and size the brackets as far as I can tell just don't match up. I looked at just drilling the top bracket to the bumper but it's to short not enough covers onto the bumper but the bottom bracket comes out where the tow hook sets. Almost straight out the hole the very bottom hole on the brushguard can not be used does not meet or come close to anything.

Here's a few pics of mine. I can get better once I pull it off this week... Putting on a new bumper and grill.

Here's one my buddy and I found at the man mall this past weekend... Find of the year so far.

3 piece, brushed aluminum... Pretty decent. Not as heavy duty as mine, but like 10 percent the price.

Can I see some pics of the brackets to the one you just found at the yard?

The three piece you found is like the one I currently have on... my new one doesnt have the brackets going to the top of the bumper either... will have to look into that...

And is that a Brazilian blazer you pulled the three piece off of??

N. Jensen 04-30-2019 04:19 PM

So the brackets for the salvage yard special looked to be modified tow hooks.....the actual hook part was removed, and whomever welded a bracket piece to the side of it. Think long, slim angle iron.
I'll snap some pics tonight of it for you....give you some ideas.

Don, it was a 1995 Blazer with a bra on it. Never see those on cars anymore. It did make that Blazer stand out, especially with the guard on it.
Another one bites the dust, RIP. But, it's spirit will live on in that brush guard. :icon_patriot:

No kidding. I haven't seen a vehicle bra since I was a kid!

If I'm correct, take a look at my thread. I installed the three piece on my blazer, and all I did was use a very thick 2x2 angle, drilled holes where needed. And theres two pieces on the bumper to hold it up. I can take pictures of those this weekend when I swap them out.

Forgot to add pic lol
Here is a picture for now, all I did was grab some high grade nut and bolts, bolted the "bracket" on the inside where the tow hooks go.

Again I'll get better pics over weekend...

N. Jensen 04-30-2019 10:43 PM

These are from the salvage yard guard... They would just bolt on directly where the tow hooks go.
