bumper brackets welded and bent help!

So my 91 s10 blazer had a slight accident to the front end damage is my minimal but it pushed my bumper up. The brackets are what's bent and bent upward about 10 to 15 degreesish so when I looked underneath come to find out the brackets on this year are welded, question is what are the solutions to fix this problem and pull my bumper back down. I was thinking a bfh and a torch, maybe a come along . Idk any suggestions would help alot.

Grind the welds and pull the brackets off. Buy new ones and bolt or weld them back on.

Early 1st gens they were bolted on but gm started welding them. Prolly was cheaper. You can try to straighten the old ones but I've never had any luck. Used to be able to get new brackets for $20 apiece but I aint priced any in years.

Man I don't feel like grinding those dam things off and bolting new ones on...lol..but either way it has to be done the bumper is pinching the grill on and I have a new grill on the way...any tips and getting the bumper off....I looked at the brackets it seems once I get the bumper off a sledge hammer and a torch should do the trick....just a quick side thing I have add a leafs brought the truck up about 1.5 to 2 inches any input on adjusting the t bars?

There's almost no room to get to the nuts for the bumper bolts any tricks or tips to get in there? Prolly going to hit the t bars up today...and maybe make a attempt to been loose the bumper bolts so I have peace of mind I can get the bumper off for the new grill.

So did the bumper today....put the new grill on after alot of kinks. The nuts were a pain to get to and take off, took the back end of an axe and beat the crap out of the brackets back in to place used a huge pray bar as well. It straightened it right out but there going to be weak and definitely won't be a able to take another front end hit with out doing some serious damage..all in all it looks good and the new grill with the mesh background fits nice.
