Default code P0758 on a 1998 chevy blazer 4.3V6 4L60E automatic transmission

Upon having check engine soon light come on I am having a code P0758 on my 1998 chevy blazer 4.3V6 4L60E automatic transmission.

That code says it is a "B" side shift solenoid.

Transmission pan was dropped while inside we pulled and cleaned up the shift valves that the solenoids operate and changed both "A" and "B" solenoids

The symptoms were and still are when taking it easy on the throttle the vehicle shifts from 1st to 2nd never a problem an unusually long delay with higher than normal RPM shifting from 2nd to 3rd.I also have where if you push vehicle throttle for a fast acceleration 1st to 2nd is good but going from 2nd to 3rd the engine RPM's jump as if it were in neutral then a split second later it kicks into 3rd.

Anyone ever came across this problem ?
Thank you in advance for your input
