I searched.
Comprehensive Chevrolet, Saturn, GMC, Hummer, Cadillac, Buick, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Geo, Dodge, Plymouth, Jeep, Chrysler, Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda Truck, Mercedes VIN Decoder
It's not completely free anymore and looks to be much better this time.

Actually I wish they would bring back the schematic and diagrams they had, plus the VIN decoder isn't quite as good as it was, they changed it over the past week..
