computerized climent control
 

I have a 98 blazer with computerized climent control last week end I was pulling a trailer and lost my lights. So I made a big mistack of pulling fusses with the A/C running. Now the electric actuator that runs my air temp valve is always running to the hot side I tried to reset the system by pulling the RDO fusse and had no luck I had to unplug the wire that runs the door due to the fact it just keeps running and is just going to break the actuator motor. Does any one know what controls this if I replce the control panel will tis solve my problem?
