control arms zr2

i have a 2002 ZR2 Blazer i need to redo the front end, while searching for control arms on Rockauto i noticed that than have upper control arms specific for zr2 apps but none listed for lower control arms listed for zr2 suspension, would i be correct that i would only need the lower control arms for a 4 wheel drive application?

hi..

the lower control arms are where the torsion bars attach and i haven't seen any replacements for them you shouldn't need to replace them unless u where in a bad collision the ball joint is replaceable but u have to grind/cut the old ones out and bolt the new ones in if you where thinking of a lift there are tubular uppers that replace your stock uppers and they come with new upper ball joints the ZR2 suspension is different from the stock blazers i believe they are a little longer (not totally sure) if you upgrade all your bushings with poly bushings you will be happy as well your steering arm should also be replaced it causes alot of "looseness" in your steering so that is a good place to start with
