Convertable soft tops

Has anyone heard good/bad news about retractable soft tops for full sized Blazers? Living in Vegas I want to be able to cruise around with the top off but still have the somewhat security if I park it at school or go down town, but also don't know if they suffer from sun rot from the hot weather. Any advice/opinions would be awesome on these. :)

Right...I just don't see taking off the top everytime I want to enjoy it off is very...not exhausting.

buddy was telling me he has a mesh top for his jeep
Gives the air flow but protects you from roasting your pumpkin in the sun
Not sure if there is anything like it available for a K5

Found some more out

Did some more research when I got home and they are way expensive but nothing really about them rotting or taring. As long as you keep them conditioned (13 dollar bottle) and they hold up pretty well. Ill have to save my $$$ because I really want one. It would still be cool if someone has some experience with these could post. :)

with anything, to reduce the risk of taring the key is to keep the fabric from going over a sharp edge and hold it tight so it doesnt flap
I was thinking that it was fabric you could fab something with
