Default Does anyone else's wipers do this??

I have had two new sets of wipers on my truck now and the both stick up off the windshield rather than following the contour of the window on the passenger side. Both sets were 20" like everyone says they are suppose to be so I don't understand or is this normal?? Here's a couple pics so you can see what mine look like.

you could probably slightly bend them to fit the contour of the windshield, since all that it is, is a metal strip inside that keeps its shape.

mines that way with standard framed blades (though I 'think' a bit less of a missed spot). I got more annoying things to be concerned with though than that and am just happy I have blades that clear good.

I just noticed the other day that mine did that, as well. But it seems like there are always more "pressing" concerns to worry about than something like that! But I am glad to know that I'm not the only one, lol

I still say, it should be a simple fix of "tweaking" the metal support within the wiper, bend until it fits tight,

Both of mine did the same thing. I just bent the medal support a little so it made full contact with the windsheild. Problem solved.

the PS is actually a 19" instead of 20" all parts store an websites will say 20" yes i know but they are 19", but like richphotos said you can bend
