Front offroad Bumper
i found this place in Georgia called bluelakeoffroad.com, and they produce
bumpers for the s-10 series, talked to Scott and sayed there is a 6 week lead time... here is a pic.. has any one else heard of them?http://bluelakeoffroad.com/pinnacle/...0blazjimmy.jpghttp://bluelakeoffroad.com/pinnacle/...ondary/229.jpg |
Those look like the ones some guys were having problems with.
Didn't fit right and the company told (more than one person) it was cause their trucks were wrecked and to pound sand. $600+ on a one owner truck even I expect things to bolt right up. On s10 planet a guy that runs a metal shop out of KY (I think it was) was talking about being in protype stages of a 2nd gen bumper. I offered him the templates of my 1st gen plate bumper but mine is designed to be tall to take up for my 3 inch bl. |
they look sweet....hopefully they are legit cuz id be interested in getting one

Front winch bumper S-10, S-15, Blazer, ZR2, Envoy98-00, Jimmy - (1988-2003): bluelakeoffroad
The base price is 480, a little expensive, but none the less it looks great. |
I personally dislike them, they are to chunky
|
Yeah, I personally only like the base bumper.

i think that being the only manufacturing company currently offering a
bumper for our type of vehicle is first a little sad, there is probably a market for us, but the cost is a little high, but daddy likes, im thinking about ordering one, what stinks is the $225 for shipping, the bumper i like is in the $800 range....... lets see, 1 mig welder approx. $300 200 lbs 3/16 metal approx. $300 time + plenty of beer = pricless |
they would be great for a zombie attack
|
hell yea on the zombie attack, or just pushing folks out of the way,
my wife asked what i want for my B-day in july ..... well... |
But i also just purchased a Mig welder (flux core)for fathers day, i guess i could fab one out...
