As good as we think they are?

Hi all just wanted to get people thoughts on. are the stock blazers as good off roading (mud running) as people say and think. i have a 93 blazer 4 door and it seems to suck in 4 wheel. no posi no locker in the front so 2 wheels spin, 1 front and back. is this the set up on these trucks?
my buddy 250 kills me in the winter and id bet a million dollars he would in the mud to. do u run lockers and or posi? is it just my blazer? how do u fair?

I have an 87 model 2.8l v6 and this thing kicks ass in the mud and on trails!!! I have a friend that has a 1998 Jeep and his brother has a 1993 Jeep and they both said my little blazer is just as capable as their Jeeps!!! Pics attached.

as Far as the One wheel spinning on each axle...
That is actually as designed.
It is to prevent each axle from Binding during a turn.

you can installed limited slip differentials, air lockers etc to alleviate this, however your ride quality on pavement and tires WILL Suffer.
There is a thread covering all of that in drive trains I believe.
