"Rust and smoke, the heaters broke, the door just blew away. I light a match to see the dash and then I start to pray. The frame is bent, the muffler went, the radio it's okay. Oh what fun it is to drive this Rusty Chevrolet."
I wouldn't mind a K5, but it'd have to be one like Chevy Lover's black one... I love that front end!
Though, I'd rather have that style of Suburban... Though, one of the first things I'd do is drop in a manual transmission...
Outside of that flavour of K5, I prefer the S-10 Blazer...

I have an s-10... would love to have a K-5..... butI think they made a tahoe-like truck later than 1991 that had a blazer tag. . like till 94... so does that mean that the 91-94 full sizers werent real blazers????

^1994 Full Size Blazer. . . 4x4... 5.7L not real blazer.....

I beg to differ that you cannot get a Dana 60/14bolt under a S10-Blazer.

Scroll down to the '92 Bravada. By the way he won the 2006 Real Truck Club Challenge.
Not only can they fit under a Mini-Suv, they can beat the fullsize version.
I went wheeling with him after the competition, he now sports 40" tires.
This weekend I will be posting video of the rig in action. Another reason I wasn't on-line for a while.
My dad used to take me wheeling in the fullsize Blazer in the Colorado Rockies, we lived at 9,100 feet with mountain peaks all around. In fact the only way into the valley was over the mountains. I still prefer the Mini-Suv version. Especially once you swap out the IFS axle. Wheeling with that Bravada was awesome and I got some great info on his build. I will pretty much mock it on my '87, just with a 4.3L and Dana44s instead of his RamJet 350 and 60/14 bolt.
