Koolest blazer ever!

Hey all I'm don't in myrtle beach right now and I seen a members truck. I thinks it's a member. If he's not he needs to be. It was a yellow blazer zr1 that had the back cut off and made into a truck! It's was sick looking. Wish I turened around and talked to the guy but I wasn't driving. Lol[LIST=1]

He isn't a member here, but I think he used to or still lives somewhere near Charlotte. I used to see him around here(Charlotte), but haven't seen him in awhile. And I'm not even sure if he still owns that blazer. I think he might of sold it to someone else.

NEW YORK BOY 04-15-2012 10:53 PM

damn if i had that i would never sell it! it sure got my eye!! lol wounder how it would look if it was done to a four door? hhuummm lol

Antbankz 04-16-2012 07:57 PM

here are two takes on that idea.

extreme off road version

daily driver version

its been kicked around here before....just google chop top blazer.

i have tossed the idea around, just not practical and i wouldnt know how to seal it back up. only thing i could think of was making the rear similar to old school 4x with a removable top and then i could seal it up when needed.

there was a toyota taco around the web that went that route...looked good.

NEW YORK BOY 04-16-2012 11:51 PM

id really like to do that to mine but, id run into a prob with sealing up the cuts...

Wart, lets leave the body chops to the 2 door guys. It's much more clean for a 2 door than it is for a 4 door. Just sayin... lol =P
