Muffler fitting
Yeah but I mean length wise.
And we have 2.25 or 2.50?

ok here is my problem, i was told that our pipe was 2.25 in and out of the muffler, but sawed mine of right at the front of the muffler and then went to attatch mine and it was the same exact size as my new one wich is 2.25 id, so u need to get on that fits over that or do like i did and get and adapter. i got one that fit over the end to lengthen the pipe after the exhaust flange, and then stretched it to fit. it was probubly way more difficult that it should have been but...
u should go to the live chat like said, and we can talk about it.

There was no problem fitting mine. Just cut the pipe in front and behind the original muffler, center the Flowmaster (or any other muffler) and weld on the appropriate length of new tubing to each end to place the new muffler in the same center point as the old.
Yeah that's what I thought from the pictures I took. I could use a reducer from the pipe to the inlet, and regular weld for the outlet to the tail pipe?
I was also thinking get a 2.5 muffler, and buy a 2.5 tail pipe.
