Hey there. New to the forum and have what is most likely a repeated question. (bear with me) What size is the axle nut on a 99 blazr? Changing my wheel hub tonight and want to make sure I have the tools I need.

Yep it is a 36mm deep socket. Should be able to rent it at Autozone or you local auto parts store. Should expect to put a $15-$20 deposit down for it, or just spend the <$20 to buy it.

Welcome to the forum. I assume you are about to tackle the ball joints or replacing the hub. Good luck with whatever job you are doing. And post up if you have any questions.

Thanks for the info. 36mm did the job. Replaced the pass. side hub without an major snags. The vibration from the bearing being bad sure did lock that axle nut on there pretty good though. I can't belive how quiet that truck is!
