Noises under my cab. 1995 Blazer LS
So, when I got this truck, there was a clicking under the hood, come to find out, it was just a piece of plastic getting smacked by my radiator fan, no biggie, but just recently, within the past 2 months, I've had a Dual exhaust put onto my truck, and now, when the truck starts up in the mornings, there's a quite noticeable rattle from under the cab, I'm thinking its the headers to the exhaust pipe. I rev my engine and near the end of the rev, there's a small rattle on top of the loud one, sounds like a loose bolt perhaps? But! once my truck warms up, the rattling goes away....
I live in alaska, and right now its about 5 below in my part of town, I plug in my block heater, I use Iso-Heet for my gaslines, but, I havent had time to get the oil changed, and I've jsut put the 7,000th mile on my truck, I know, shame on me, but my job is normally a 10am-3am, so by the time i get off work, no where is open, and I don't own the equipment to DIY. Anyone know a possible diaonosis? oh! and after about 20-40 minutes of letting my truck warm up before i drive, there's nice black soot marks where my exhaust is pointed. 1995 though I'd throw that in. |

And now, It sounds like my right rear Drum is loose, even though the wheel is securely fastened by the bolts =/
