None Blazer cooling/Heating ?

This is a none Blazer Question, I have the lil Mazda 626 and i noticed it struggles to warm up....I was wondering if this a Flush n thermostat replacement deal or is there something else going?
I noticed there is no Antifreeze only water in it..and rad. is pretty rusty...Oil looks good..and it does heat up after bout 30 to 45mins after driving it..any ideas? Thanks :D

I suggest changing the thermostat and adding some antifreeze.

I would for sure dump out the water, flush it, then add the proper mix. It is never good to run just water. Get to 32 and it starts to become a solid, then end up with a world of issues (frost plugs, cracking block, busted hoses)
